Our own golden hour magic
Laughing with Charlotte as she chased the golden sunset made the shoot so fun and easy—her warm, playful energy helped us relax and just be ourselves. The candid, dreamy photos captured us perfectly, we will definitely be showing these ones to the grandkids when we are 80!
Can you describe a specific moment or aspect of the shoot that you found particularly memorable or enjoyable?
Laughing with Charlotte chasing the golden sunset rays as she ran around trying to get the perfect angle and pose for us. Sometimes shouting ‘KISS’ from a distance which instantly broke us out into laughter made us feel at ease and like we could just have fun with her.
What did you think of the locations and settings chosen for your shoot? How did it contribute to the overall experience?
The location was such a vibe! Charlotte really matched our low key style as a couple with the vibe of the shoot so we felt really comfortable being in front of the camera. Plus the photos came out amazing and really captured us as a couple perfectly.
How did working with me enhance your experience? What stood out about my approach and style?
I dont think anyone is particularly used to being in front of the camera but Charlotte is such a warm, funny and easy going person which made us feel super comfortable and like we could just let loose and have fun with her. She encouraged us to be weird and to laugh and just be in the moment with each other and you can really see it in the photos she captured! We had so much fun and it was so not serious.
How did the photos capture the essence of your relationship? What emotions or stories do you think they convey?
There were moments of close ups and moments where she would let us just sink into eachothers arms or capture us having a giggle from a distance. It was a nice balance of feeling like a photoshoot and having cute alone time and someone just capturing it from a distance.
How did you feel about the final photos? Were they everything you hoped for and more?
Its so special to us to have these photos as a couple. They are so dreamy and soft and the candid style came out so nice, we just absolutely love them. Since its to easy to pull out your phone and take a photo, its extra special to capture moments in time like this. They’ve turned out to be my favourite photos of me and Zac, we will definitely be showing these ones to the grandkids when we are 80!
